TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:
-Payment terms for wholesalers: an initial order of $250.
paid by Credit Card or COD (USPS Only), afterwards when applied
for, Liquid may extend 15 day payment terms. A 5% interest
charge will be applied to late payments.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
A credit note will be issued for any over payment, which can
be redeemed against your next Liquid Glass order, please quote
your credit note number when ordering. Any typographical,
clerical or other error or omission on any sales literature,
quotation, price list, invoice or any other document issued
by Liquid Glass shall be subject to correction without any
liability on the part of Liquid Glass.
-Prices are quoted per individual unit, not per pair.
-All prices are exclusive of VT sales tax. VT sales tax will
be paid only by VT customers.
-Liquid Glass uses both barium, and borosilicate glasses;
Colors may vary as glass is produced in small amounts.
-All jewelry is supplied new, and has been annealed but is
not sterilized, all glass may be autoclaved.
-Orders are processed in the order received, as quickly as
possible, within the work week is our goal, not our guarantee.
Liquid Glass keeps a limited inventory, all items are subject
to availability, and items unavailable at time of dispatch
will be backordered.
-All jewelry is hand made in Vermont, paired first by the
glassblower, then Quality Controlled for size, color and
symmetry by distribution staff to ensure we ship you the
best paired jewelry. Paired jewelry may be asymmetrical,
but will present a pleasing visual pairing. We cannot guarantee
the ability to match a single broken replacement item, it’s
always best to order a replacement pair.
-All glass is hand-worked; so by nature of flame working and
polishing, exact gauges are impossible to achieve. All gauges/millimeters
are + or - 1/2mm (.5mm).
-We will Email you an invoice once production, QC and packing
have readied your package for shipment.
